This work shop is for people of all levels and abilities. Come learn and train at your own pace.
Taught by Sensei Gabriel Balazs, 3rd Degree Judo Black Belt, 1st degree black belt Nihon Ju jitsu, and his special guest
Sensei Eb Kieslich, 6th Degree Judo Black Belt.
“Sensei Kieslich has over 35 years of judo experience and has quite a few accomplishments under his belt. In 1995 and again in 1998 he took first place in the United States National Masters Championships. Before his relocation to the United States in 1990, sensei Kieslich competed in Germany with considerable tournament success: 2 time Bavarian champion, 1st Place win in International Rank Tournament, numerous wins in significant team events to name a few.”
This unique training intensive is designed to explore the true nature of Judo from foundation to high level skills and drills that can be used for competition or self defense.
Practical skill building will be experienced in high volume and repetition to reinforce a higher level of unconscious proficiency.
Saturday: Gi required 9:00am-12:00pm
Judo foundation and competition combinations
Saturday: Gi required 2:00pm-6:00pm
Kumi Kata -Movement and Grip work from Dojo to high level competition
Drills and skills for throwing
Sunday: Gi Optional 09:00am-12:00pm
