Students will perform fundamental techniques of striking and
defending against common chokes, grabs, and bear hugs.
Throughout the event series we also provide training in
realistic scenarios such as fighting on the ground, carjackings,
home invasions, being confronted by a weapon and how
to use different self defense tools.
This seminar series is applicable for women who have never
done any type of fighting or defense as well as the
experienced woman with prior training. You will get a new sense
of awareness of your surroundings and your own abilities.
